Winners Strength and Wellbeing Studios has truly changed my life.

I joined in September 2023. I was post-natal and struggling mentally.

I've always loved exercise, but the thought of going to the gym used to scare me, so I just never went.

That all changed when I found Winners. Chloe and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive and they always see your strength and ability even when you don't. They encourage you to challenge yourself which builds your confidence. The variety of classes is fantastic, there's something for everyone but what truly sets Winners apart is the incredible community Chloe has built. It's a safe, welcoming space and I look forward to going every week. If you'd told me l'd make lifelong friends at a gym, I would have thought you were absolutely bonkers but I have! I joined Winners in my mid 40s and was not in particularly great shape, either physically or mentally. My weight had crept up, I was unfit, and I was struggling with the onset of perimenopause – low mood, low energy and generally lacking motivation.

I loved the classes immediately, even though my core was so weak I struggled to get up from a sit up even at first! The women in the group are the most friendly and supportive bunch you could ever wish to meet, there is no judgement – only encouragement. The trainers are inspirational and always manage to bring the high energy vibes to every class. I am now approaching 50 and I can honestly say, I have never felt fitter and healthier in my whole life. It feels amazing to now be at my strongest & most energetic and to have found this brilliant community of badass women. You see, we’re a little bit different from a big corporate gym, a CrossFit box or Bootcamp. We DON’T cram as many people into sessions as possible. We only train people one-to-one, in small groups or group personal training.

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
